How does ordering work?
Pick your dessert, add to cart, and select your delivery window at checkout. Deliveries are Friday and Saturday. We update stock at 12 PM on delivery days.
What if something sells out?
Pre-orders are available. If an item is sold out that day, it's gone — we make everything fresh daily. But we restock at 12 PM daily during delivery windows, so check back. Or pre-order for guaranteed availability.
Can I gift this?
Yes. Add a gift message at checkout and we'll package it properly.
Want to send a gift to someone else? Provide their address and delivery window preference.
What if my dessert arrives damaged?
We guarantee condition on arrival. If something's wrong, email us a photo and we send a replacement or full refund. Same day, no process.
